Lessons not attended by the student without giving 24 hours prior notice to the Tutor shall be charged at the full rate.
CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY TUTOR
The Tutor may cancel lessons by giving 24 hours prior notice to the Student in which case no fees shall be incurred. LESSONS AFFECTED BY SNOW DAYS (TRAVEL ADVISORIES, WEATHER EMERGENCIES, ETC.)
The Tutor will contact students who have appointments for in-person tutoring to schedule a virtual appointment instead or reschedule the in-person appointment for another date.
Exceptions to the 24-hour cancellation policy will be made in the case of emergencies, such as inclement weather. However, please notify your tutor of a cancellation by 10:00 a.m. the morning of a session to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Any lost time because of the late arrival of the Tutor shall be compensated for by extending a lesson by mutual agreement and by such amount of time that was lost.
